- Payment information when you buy a ticket, donate, or sponsor. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never receive or store your full card number.
- Usage data collected automatically through analytics, such as pages visited, general location, device and browser type, and referring links.
How We Use It
- To process ticket purchases, donations, and sponsorships.
- To contact volunteers and respond to messages you send us.
- To display paid sponsors on this website (business name and, if provided, a link).
- To send event-related updates and to understand and improve how the site is used.
We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on a few trusted services that process data on our behalf:
