• Payment information when you buy a ticket, donate, or sponsor. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage data collected automatically through analytics, such as pages visited, general location, device and browser type, and referring links.

How We Use It

• To process ticket purchases, donations, and sponsorships.
• To contact volunteers and respond to messages you send us.
• To display paid sponsors on this website (business name and, if provided, a link).
• To send event-related updates and to understand and improve how the site is used.

We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on a few trusted services that process data on our behalf:

• Stripe — payment processing.

• ForwardEmail — handling email sent to our address.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Ticket purchases and form submissions should be made by an adult.
